Buying & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping on motorcycles?
Yes. We offer free nationwide delivery to the lower 48 states on most motorcycles priced over $5,000. Can-Am Rykers, Can-Am off-road units, Yamaha dirt bikes, Polaris Slingshots, personal watercraft, ATVs and UTVs aren't covered by the free shipping offer, but we can coordinate competitive shipping quotes for them.
Can I buy a motorcycle entirely online?
Yes. You can browse inventory, value your trade-in, secure financing, and complete your purchase entirely online.
How does the Fly'N'Ride program work?
If you are buying a new Indian Motorcycle from out of state, we will pay for your one-way flight to Chicago so you can pick up your motorcycle in person and ride it home.
Are used motorcycles inspected before they are sold?
Yes. Every used motorcycle at iMotorsports Chicago undergoes a thorough 50-point mechanical and safety inspection before being listed for sale.
Warranties & Guarantees
What is the 24-hour money-back guarantee?
If you don't like the motorcycle for any reason within the first 24 hours of taking possession, we will refund the purchase price of the motorcycle. It comes with qualifying used motorcycles.
What warranties come with used motorcycles?
Qualifying used motorcycles include a 24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee, a 7-Day Fender-to-Fender Warranty, and a 30-Day Powertrain Warranty covering engine components and internal transmission components. New Indian motorcycles also include the complimentary 1 Million Mile Powertrain Warranty.
Financing, Trade-Ins & Layaway
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we work with multiple lenders to offer competitive financing on new and used units. You can get pre-approved online before visiting our Elmhurst, IL showroom.
Can I trade in or sell my motorcycle?
Yes. We take trade-ins, and even if you don't buy your next motorcycle from us, we will buy yours. Submit your bike's details online for a cash offer and we come to you to pick it up. If you still owe money on it, our finance department pays off the loan and cuts you a check for the remaining equity.
How does layaway work?
With a $1,000 non-refundable deposit, we take the vehicle off the market and hold it for you while you make flexible payments until it is paid in full. Layaway needs no credit check, loan approval, or financing, and covers motorcycles, scooters, dirt bikes, ATVs, UTVs, Slingshots, and personal watercraft (not parts or service).

How do I schedule a service appointment?
Fill out our online service request form or call our Service Department at (331) 316-9767. Our factory-certified technicians also check for manufacturer recalls and safety updates for Indian Motorcycle, Yamaha, Can-Am, Polaris, and Sea-Doo.
Can I order parts over the phone?
Yes. Call our Parts Department at (331) 316-9767 to order OEM and aftermarket parts for Indian Motorcycle, Can-Am, Polaris, Yamaha, and Sea-Doo. Our parts specialists can confirm fitment for your make, model, and year before you order.

We are an authorized dealer for Indian Motorcycle, Yamaha, Can-Am (On-Road and Off-Road), Polaris Slingshot, Sea-Doo, and Buell Motorcycles, plus a large selection of pre-owned motorcycles and powersports units from all major brands.
